<li aria-level="1">Methods of Providing Communications Unless Law otherwise requires, or SHAiR.CO otherwise agrees, We may provide Communications to You by (a) posting them on the SHAiR Website/Application; (b) notifying You through the Services, Your member profile, or any SHAiR.CO application; (c) sending a text message to the mobile phone number listed in the applicable SHAiR Account; (d) sending an email to the email address listed in the applicable SHAiR Account; or (e) delivering them in another electronic format. Charges may apply to Communications sent by text or other electronic means and You consent to receiving such Communications.</li>

ESignature Disclosure and Consent

<h4>POSTING YOUR VEHICLE</h4>
Who can list on carSHAiR? Every Member (renters and hosts) must get verified with carSHAiR. Then, as long as your vehicle meets the approval requirements (see below), you can become a Host on carSHAiR.&nbsp; I lease my vehicle. Am I allowed to use carSHAiR? We recommend checking your lease agreement to see if the contract you signed allows others to drive your vehicle. If your lease allows you to vehicle share, then we welcome you to the SHAiR.CO community! 
What vehicles can I post on carSHAiR? The minimum vehicle eligibility requirements are:

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Must be privately/commercially insured by Hosts (tag and title)</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Odometer/actual mileage under 100,000 at time of listing</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Must pass <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xXmUTQRd0C-OLxCv3C7MtQzoLTpuDPsK/view?usp=sharing">vehicle inspection</a> within 1 month of listing</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Title must be clean; no title &ldquo;washing;&rdquo; no salvage or branded titles</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">The host must opt into their local toll programs if applicable</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">The vehicle must be in excellent condition mechanically, technologically, and aesthetically</li>

Are there special exceptions for certain vehicles? Special exceptions may be made for classic cars and/or rare vehicles manufactured between 1990 and 2000, depending on the mileage, condition, and member demand. To appeal for special exceptions, please reach out to the carSHAiR Team through the live chat, available on both our app and website.

What&rsquo;s needed to post my vehicle? You will need 16 or more current photos of your vehicle* and some basic information. You also need to become verified on the app, which takes about 5 minutes. See the complete list below:

If a Hosts&rsquo; vehicle has been in an accident, Hosts are required to pass another inspection before setting their vehicle as active on the platform again. Can I post my vehicle(s) on other platforms simultaneously? Absolutely! We want you to be able to make the most of your vehicle because we believe in empowering our Hosts to earn income. We do not have a vehicle exclusivity policy, but please check with other car-share services as each will have its own policies. *Pro -tp: If you have your vehicle listed on another car-share platform and it gets booked, be sure to come back to your calendar on carSHAiR and mark your vehicle(s) as unavailable for those dates.&nbsp;

How can I manage my vehicle(s) if I use more than one platform?

 Can I get a security deposit from the Member? The Host is responsible for obtaining a security deposit for their vehicle. carSHAiR will not be responsible for any damages or payment processing for the deposit.&nbsp;

Why is my VIN number or address not recognized by carSHAiR?
When entering any information about your account or posting your vehicle, ensure you are not copying and pasting your information. Please carefully type each character into the text box. This is a security feature to help protect the community from spam and robots!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Why do I need to be an approved Member on carSHAiR when I just want to post my vehicle?
All Members must pass our security and authentication process to prevent fraud and other criminal activity. This is so we can protect our community and users.

Is there an age restriction for Members? Yes, to become an approved Member in the US, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Young Members (under 29 years of age) will also be charged an additional fee to protect our hosts better. Members aged 25 years or younger may not rent vehicles with an MSRP of $135,000 or more.&nbsp;

Where can I view my vehicle?
To manage your vehicle(s), use the Host tab. Select the Fleet tab, and all of your postings will be viewable. Each vehicle should have a corresponding image and name.&nbsp;

How can I edit one of my vehicles? To make changes to your vehicle, confirm you are viewing the Fleet tab, then select the vehicle you would like to edit. You will then be asked which of the following fields you would like to update:

How will I know if my vehicle is live?&nbsp;
To check if your vehicle is active, see if there is a bright green circle next to the word Live. You can find this next to the image of your vehicle under the Host tab.

How can I set pick-up or delivery locations?
Where you allow your vehicle to be picked up and dropped off by Members is completely up to you! Hosts often choose a few popular locations, such as airports, nearby attractions, or a location in a city&rsquo;s center.&nbsp;

If you should choose to offer different exchange locations, be sure to specify these locations and the amount you would like to charge (if you choose) to make this the exchange point. Exchange and delivery fees are at the Host's discretion. *Pro-tip: Make sure to communicate about the pick-up location with the Member via the app&rsquo;s messaging feature. This will help save you and the Member any time or confusion prior to check-in.&nbsp;

What does it mean if I pause my vehicle?&nbsp;
Instead of removing your vehicle from the carSHAiR platform, you can temporarily make it unavailable. Pausing your vehicle gives you the advantage of not having to re-upload your vehicle's information and photos. When your vehicle is paused, members will not be able to view your listing.&nbsp;

How can I pause my vehicle?&nbsp;
If you want to pause your vehicle, use the Vehicle Post Status under your vehicle details. Change from live to paused and select save.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

What does restricted mean?
If your vehicle is marked as restricted, it means it is unavailable to all Users and removed from search options. Restricted posts may be managed by the carSHAiR Team.

What is the difference between Paused and Restricted?&nbsp; Hosts can pause their vehicles at any time. If a Host would like to pause their vehicle but are having trouble doing it, the carSHAiR team can help them mark it as restricted. Restricting your vehicle will not delete it. It just means it is not viewable and Users will not be able to book a trip or search for your vehicle.&nbsp;

How can I delete my car from carSHAiR?
If you have had issues with your vehicle or Users, please reach out to our carSHAiR Team through the 24/7 live chat or directly at <a href="mailto:contactus@shair.co">contactus@shair.co</a>&nbsp;

If you would still like to remove your vehicle after speaking with a concierge member, you may do so using the edit feature in the Host's tab. Select the vehicle you would like to remove. Then select Post Status, and a new screen will appear. Scroll to the bottom to Delete Vehicle Post. Remember, deleting your vehicle post will permanently remove it from our platform and all search results. This action cannot be undone, so ensure you are certain before proceeding.&nbsp;

Can I limit the amount of miles/kms a member is allowed to drive?
Listing your vehicle(s) on the platform allows you to control how many miles members can drive. The trip mileage allowance is based on your daily mileage limit and the length of the trip. So, if your daily mileage limit is 200 miles and the Member books it for three days, their mileage limit for the whole trip will be 600 miles.

*Pro-tip: Members appreciate flexibility, so having a higher mileage allowance may help increase your host ranking.*

Is there a minimum mileage allowance?
Hosts must provide a minimum of 200 miles per day for members.

Can I charge excessive driving fees?
Yes, Hosts can charge up to a maximum of $1/mile for vehicles. The default overage is 0.50&cent;. These rates must be decided before a Member books their trip. By having clear guidelines and expectations, you&rsquo;ll quickly move up in rankings and be on your way to becoming an Echelon Host!&nbsp;

<h4>INCOME</h4>
How much income can I earn? Depending on which carSHAiR coverage package you choose or whether you choose to insure yourself, you can earn between 65-95% of the daily rate whenever your vehicle is booked!

<h5>How do I get paid?</h5>
When you post your vehicle you will be prompted to enter the required banking information: routing number and account number, social security number, and EIN if it is a business for tax purposes. carSHAiR is not able to access this information; we use a third party who will be in charge of facilitating your payments.

<h5>How often will I get paid?</h5>
Your earnings will be paid out to you 3-5 business days after the trip is completed. When a Renter returns your vehicle, you are required to complete the check-out process within the platform. If you do not complete the check-out process, you will not be paid because your trip will remain under ongoing status. For trips that are longer than 1 week, you will be paid each week for the entire time your vehicle is booked. Example:&nbsp;

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">A Renter booked your vehicle for Monday through Wednesday for $500. Once your vehicle has been returned and you complete the check-out process, you will be paid 3-5 business days thereafter. </li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">In the same week, a new Renter booked your vehicle on Thursday through Monday for $1000. After your vehicle has been returned, you will also be paid 3-5 business days after that completed trip.</li>

<h5>Can I choose my daily rate or does carSHAiR set the price?</h5>
All Hosts may choose their daily rate so long as the vehicle is listed for a minimum of $50/day. If your vehicle is valued at more than $135,000, your rate must be at least $150/day.&nbsp;
 Can I offer hourly trips? Soon, Hosts will be able to offer hourly rates. Currently, trips are calculated in 24-hour increments&mdash;in other words, based on a daily rate. You can also offer discounts for longer trips to incentivize Renters to keep the vehicle longer. We also provide a carSHAiR Car Calculator so you can calculate recommended rates for your vehicle(s). We provide this tool for your benefit, but you are not required to use it when setting your rates.

How can I better market my vehicle(s)? We are constantly driving traffic towards the carSHAiR app and website. We also encourage Renters to leave reviews on Hosts&rsquo; cars and handle any questions that potential Renters may have. To help us better market you, we just ask that you take clear and enticing photos of your vehicle(s) and provide an engaging description of what potential Renters can do with your vehicle(s). Pro Tip: Tag @shair.co_ on social media to attract more renters to your vehicle!&nbsp;
<h5> What is the time commitment like for a Host? Setting up your profile takes approximately 10 minutes and our Hosts report that they spend about 2 minutes per booking. Beyond that, it&rsquo;s up to you. Using carSHAiR allows you to set your own schedule and approve trips on the days that work best for you. Want your vehicle for the weekends? No problem! Just block weekends off on your calendar in the app. You can also get the most out of carSHAiR by listing multiple vehicles on the platform.</h5>

Trip Agreement

All Renters and their passengers are strictly prohibited from smoking in any vehicle booked through SHAiR. Our Smoking Policy covers the use of but is not limited to: any tobacco-related products, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers.
If there are any odors, vaporized substances, aerosol fumes, or ashes as reported by the Host to a SHAiR Team Member within 24 hours after the completed trip, the Renter may be subject to a Smoking Fine. Depending on the severity of the violation, the Renter fine may vary and the Renter may be banned from the SHAiR platform. Neither Renters nor their passengers may smoke in a vehicle, even if they believe a Host may have done so previously. Opting for the Ultimate Cleaning package does not exempt the Renter from receiving a Smoking Fine.
Additionally, Hosts are only permitted to share vehicles that are non-smoking. Hosts who smoke in their cars or who allow other parties to do so are not allowed to list their vehicles on SHAiR. If there is any indication that the above substances have been used in the vehicle, a Renter can decline to take possession of the vehicle and receive a full refund. In that situation, the Host would not receive any payment for the trip and may be removed from the SHAiR platform.

<h4>How to Report a Smoking Violation</h4>
Report a Host:
If there&rsquo;s a smell indicating the use of any of the substances listed above prior to the start of the trip, Renters should:
<ul>
<li>immediately notify the SHAiR Team via the live chat on the SHAiR app or website and</li>
<li>not check-in for their trip.</li>
</ul>
Report a Renter:
Hosts must submit proper documentation to a SHAiR Team Member. This includes but is not limited to time-stamped before and after photos and receipts. They must also send a message detailing the incident and damages to the Renter through the SHAiR app.

<h4>Smoking Fine Fees</h4>
Host Fees:
If a Renter picks up a car and there is any indication of the use of tobacco-related products, e-cigarettes, and or vaporizers, Hosts may be charged a flat fee of&nbsp;$50&nbsp;and may have their vehicle removed from the SHAiR platform. $40 will go to the Renter as a credit towards their next trip (not cash) and $10 will go to SHAiR for processing fees. The Renter will also receive a full refund for the trip.
Renter Fees:
If a Renter returns a Host&rsquo;s vehicle and there are odors, vaporized substances, aerosol fumes, and or ashes, the Host must report it to the SHAiR Team within 24 hours of the completed trip. A minimum fine of&nbsp;$200 and a maximum of $500 for cars valued over $135,000&nbsp;will be charged to the Renter. Pets are not allowed in any vehicles posted on SHAiR without the Host&rsquo;s explicit, written consent. The only exception to this rule is Certified Service Animals that meet the state&rsquo;s requirements for Certification. However, Renters must give the Host advance notice if they or one of their guests requires a Service Animal.&nbsp;Proof of Certification is required for Service Animals. Renters must submit a photo of the Certification to the Host through the app messaging feature.
If the cleaning fee is approved by SHAiR, Renters transporting animals will be charged an additional 20% inconvenience fee. See Cleaning Policy for more details. Any Hosts who request reimbursement for pet hair and/or damage from pets must provide time-stamped before and after photos of the vehicle and receipts. Renters with Service Animals are not exempt from cleaning costs.
For example:&nbsp;A vehicle is returned that requires cleaning from a pet and/or animal(s). The cost of cleaning ends up being $40. This, plus the additional inconvenience charge of $8 would add up to a total of $48. The Renter pays the full $48. The Host would then receive $40 plus an additional $4 for their troubles. SHAiR would receive the remaining $4 for processing.
If a Host reports that a Renter and/or their guests have transported a pet or animal without prior written consent from the Host, then the Renter may be subject to additional fees. The Renter may also be removed from the platform for violating the Terms of Service. This decision is at the sole discretion of SHAiR.

All Renters and their passengers are strictly prohibited to use illegal substances or marijuana in any vehicle booked with SHAiR. Our Illegal Substance and Marijuana Policy covers the use of but is not limited to, alcohol, cocaine, hallucinogens, heroin, inhalants, ketamine, any marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers.
If there is debris from any illegal substance or smell of marijuana, vaporized substances, or aerosol fumes or ashes, is reported by the Host to a SHAiR Team Member within 24 hours after the trip has ended, the Renter who rented the car may be subject to an Illegal Substance and Marijuana Fine. Depending on the severity, the Renter&rsquo;s fine may vary and the Renter could be banned from using SHAiR. Hosts must submit proper documentation to a SHAiR Team Member and notify the Renter of the damages.
To avoid any discrepancy on SHAiR, Hosts are only permitted to share their vehicles that are non-smoking. Hosts who have used marijuana in their cars or have allowed other parties to do so are not allowed to list their vehicles on SHAiR. If there is an indication that the use of any of the above substances, a Renter may decline to take possession of the vehicle and receive a full refund. A Host in that case would not receive any payment for that trip. If a Host does not adhere to our policy guidelines, the Host&rsquo;s vehicle may be removed by SHAiR.
Neither Renters nor their passengers may use illegal substances listed above or smoke in a vehicle, even if they believe a Host may have previously done so. Opting in for the Express Cleaning package does not exempt the Renter from being allowed to use illegal substances or smoke in the vehicle.

<h4>Illegal Substances and Marijuana Fine Fees</h4>
Host Fees:
If a Renter picks up a Host&rsquo;s car and there is an indication of any illegal substances or products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers, Hosts may be charged a flat fee of $50 USD and may have their vehicle removed from SHAiR.
Renter Fees:
If a Renter returns a Host&rsquo;s vehicle and there is an indication of any illegal substances or smell of marijuana, vaporized substances, aerosol fumes, or ashes, the Host must report it to the SHAiR Team within 24 hours after the trip has ended. A minimum fine of $1000 USD may be charged to the Renter. At SHAiR&rsquo;s discretion, the Renter may also be removed from SHAiR.
There are&nbsp;no exceptions&nbsp;to these fees.</section>

If a Host or Driver would like to request a reimbursement due to an unsuccessful trip*, they must adhere to the guidelines below:
<ul>
<li>Provide time-stamped before and after photos of the car, which includes but is not limited to photos of the interior, exterior, fuel gauge, speedometer, and tires of the vehicle</li>
<li>Submit receipts if applicable with the date, time, and amount clearly visible</li>
<li>The person seeking reimbursement must contact the other party through the SHAiR app messaging feature</li>
<li>Minor reimbursements for fuel, electric charge, light wear and tear, tickets, excessive mileage, etc. must be submitted within 48 hours of the completed trip to the SHAiR Team</li>
<li>Major reimbursements for damages to the exterior, interior, tires, rims, etc. or for smoking or marijuana violations must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed trip to the SHAiR Team</li>
<li>Reimbursements for towing must be made within 72 hours of the completed trip. Photos must be submitted within 7 days of the reimbursement request and clearly show the dated invoice and dated payment receipt</li>
<li>Cleaning reimbursements must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed trip</li>
<li>Accidents must be reported within 24 hours of the completed trip</li>
</ul>
If approved, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
*An unsuccessful trip for a Host means that the car was returned to the Host in worse condition than when it was picked up, or the Host was inconvenienced in some way. An unsuccessful trip for a Driver means the vehicle or trip was not as expected, the Driver was inconvenienced in some way, or the Driver had to pay for an expense over the course of the trip that they were not responsible for.

<h4>Daily Mileage Allowance</h4>
Hosts set the mileage allowance for their vehicles. On average, a Host will permit a minimum of 200 miles per day unless vehicles are valued at over $135,000. Hosts also set the overage fee or the rate per mile that the Renter will be charged for exceeding the mileage allowance. The overage fee may vary depending on the value of the car.&nbsp;
If a Renter would like to extend their trip or suspect they will go over the mileage allowance, they should notify the Host in writing as soon as possible. For proper documentation, Hosts and Renters should communicate using the messaging feature on the app.&nbsp;
Allotted Mileage Example
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">If you offer 200 miles/day, the minimum mileage per week is 1000 miles, and for a month it would be 3500 miles.</li>
</ul>
BE ADVISED: Hosts cannot change the extra mileage fee or mileage allowance during an active trip.
<h4>Additional Mileage Fees&nbsp;</h4>
Renters who exceed the mileage allowance will then be charged for any additional mileage.
This fee is determined at the time of booking and ranges between $0.50 to $1.00 per mile. A Host cannot charge more than $1 for overage fees. Any misrepresentation of data, facts, images and anything else thereof will cause reimbursements to be denied.&nbsp;
Hosts and Renters are required to follow all check-in and check-out instructions. Photos must be taken at the trip start and trip end. The odometer photo will be used as a point of reference for both parties.&nbsp;&nbsp;
If the Renter would like to extend their trip, they must use the Calendar feature on the app to confirm availability and use the extend trip option. If a Renter is booking the same car with the same Host, the Renter does not need to pay an additional security deposit for the trip extension.
<h4>Excessive Distance Reimbursement</h4>
The host determines the fees for mileage overages, however, they cannot exceed more than $1.00. This rate must be decided during the post-vehicle setup. If a Renter exceeds the mileage allowance, the Host must submit a request for the overage charges within 24 hours of the Trip&rsquo;s end.&nbsp;
The maximum mileage overage rate for vehicles valued under $135,000 is $1.00, or the daily rate for rental whichever is less.&nbsp;

In the unlikely event that a Host&rsquo;s car is not returned to them on time, the Host is required to contact the SHAiR Team immediately through the live chat. If the Renter does not extend their trip, the Renter will not have SHAiR Coverage. It is illegal to drive without coverage. All fees will be charged to the original payment method as agreed to in our Terms and Conditions. If fees are approved, the Host will be paid out according to the selected coverage package for the trip.

Renters will be charged a flat fee of the 1-day trip rate based on the average daily rate of the trip (including any discounts or promotions),&nbsp;plus&nbsp;the applicable insurance package amount.

</ul>
</ul>
Renters will be charged a minimum fee of a 1-day trip at the current daily rate, plus a $20 late fee, as well as a possible $50 improper return fee if the Host had to retrieve the vehicle***. If a vehicle is not returned to the Host within 48 hours, the vehicle will also be reported stolen and local law enforcement will be notified. Please refer to the Stolen Vehicle Policy for more details.

<h4>REQUIREMENTS FOR USERS:</h4>

<li>The Renter is required to make contact with the Host and the SHAiR Team.</li>

<li>If the Renter does not make contact with the Host and the SHAiR Team, the Host&rsquo;s vehicle will be reported as stolen and the Renter will be solely responsible for any damages and fees incurred.</li>

<h4>Processing Fees</h4>
If the SHAiR Team approves a late fee request, the Renter will be charged the relevant fee to their original payment method. In the event the charge is insufficient, the amount may be deducted from the Renter&rsquo;s security deposit,&nbsp;plus&nbsp;a $25 processing fee which will go directly to SHAiR. SHAiR will receive 10% of the total fee plus the $25 processing fee.
For example:
<ul>
<li>A Renter returned a Host&rsquo;s vehicle 1 hour late. The Host submitted a claim for a late fee. This penalty for a vehicle returned more than 1 hour but less than 24 hours late is $100.</li>
<li>The Host has the ultimate coverage policy, which at the current time of May 2021; means the Host keeps 70% of the earnings. The Host would receive $70 and SHAiR would receive $30 from the Renter.</li>

Hosts are required to provide Renters with a clean and disinfected car. Renters are responsible for returning the car in the same condition it was provided. If the car is not returned in the same condition, the Host may request a cleaning fee. Hosts are required to take before and after pictures of their vehicle which must be time-stamped and dated. If the cleaning fee is approved, the Renter will be charged an additional 20% inconvenience fee.
For example:&nbsp;A vehicle was returned dirty, and the cost of cleaning was $40. There will be an additional charge of $8. The Host would receive half of the inconvenience fee for their troubles, and SHAiR would receive the remaining $4 for processing.
To avoid disputes, Renters are required to take before and after photos of their trip to document the vehicle&rsquo;s condition as well. These photos must also be time-stamped and dated. If a Renter believes they will not be able to clean the vehicle before returning the vehicle to the Host, a Renter may select a cleaning package at the time of booking their trip. This package cannot be purchased at the end of the trip.
Cleaning refers to the removal of dirt, garbage, unreasonable debris and impurities; including germs from surfaces. Cleaning; sanitizing and disinfecting a vehicle is required to post your car on SHAiR to decrease the risk of spreading germs, viruses and infections. All vehicles are required to be cleaned first and then disinfected. Disinfection works by using cleaning agents and chemicals, like EPA-registered disinfectants to kill germs on surfaces.
Due to Covid-19, SHAiR is adamant about preventing the spread of the virus. Please be advised of the vehicle quarantine protocols:
If the SHAiR Team is informed that a vehicle and its guests have been in contact with Covid-19, the vehicle will be paused, quarantined, cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before being returned to service for a minimum of 14 days.
The following minor issues are considered typical and are not eligible for a cleaning reimbursement:
<ul>
<li>Anything caused by typical driving behavior and weather, such as light dirt, water spots, and salt</li>
<li>Small marks or scuffs that can be cleaned off easily</li>
<li>Minor amounts of trash, such as water bottles and a food wrapper</li>
<li>Small amounts of sand, dirt, or debris on floor mats can be shaken off</li>
</ul>
The following issues may be eligible for a cleaning reimbursement at SHAiR Your Car&rsquo;s discretion:
<ul>
<li>Pet hair (unless a Host has opted to list their car as Pet Friendly)</li>
<li>Significant mud and/or dirt on the car&rsquo;s wheels or body</li>
<li>Unreasonable amounts of sand, food, dirt, or mud that can&rsquo;t be shaken out and requires heavy vacuuming and/or steam cleaning</li>
<li>Spills, stains, or sticky residue on hard surfaces</li>
<li>Excessive amounts of trash and/or personal items left in the car</li>
</ul>

<h4>Cleaning Package Option:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Express Package:&nbsp;$90 fee and includes cleaning and refueling.</li>
</ul>
In the future, Hosts will be able set the price for washing and fueling at the time of booking. The Renter can either accept the fee or do it themselves before the vehicle is returned. The fee may vary depending on the type of vehicle. For example, fuel may be more expensive and a wash may be more expensive on a Mercedes-Benz G-Class than a Toyota Prius.
If the Renter&nbsp;does not&nbsp;purchase a cleaning package, they are responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior and refueling the car.
Receipts must be submitted to the SHAiR Team for approval and time-stamped before and after photos. There are no exceptions to this policy.

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">For Trips booked four days or more before the start date, cancel for free up to 72 hours before the trip starts.</li>

Exceptions may be made for:

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proof of flight delays or cancellation of flight must be in Renter&rsquo;s name</li>

</ul>
If you choose to cancel within the allotted time, your trip will be removed from your upcoming trips tab. Once SHAiR issues the refund, please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for processing.
<h4>Flat Rate Cancellation Fees</h4>
If a Renter misses the free cancellation period for trips, please use the following guidelines: 
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Daily rates up to $150/day: A flat fee of $75 will apply to the Renter, regardless of trip length. </li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Daily rates over $150/day: A flat fee of $100 will apply to the Renter, regardless of trip length. </li>
</ul>
The cancellation fee will be shared with the Host as an inconvenience fee and the Company for processing.&nbsp;
<h4>Cancellation for Cleaning</h4>
It&rsquo;s important that our members feel assured when carsharing. Renters may cancel at no cost and receive a full refund if, upon inspecting the vehicle at pick-up (Trip Start), they have concerns that it hasn&rsquo;t been cleaned and disinfected correctly. 
Requirements for a full refund:
